1. BASIC DRIVING IMPROVEMENT (CLASSROOM in Casselberry & Lakeland FL)

Held Monday at 1:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M.

Friday at 9:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M.

Saturday at 9:00 A.M. Call for other times that may be available.

Why should I attend this course??
Adjudication is withheld. That means your driver's license record does not show a guilty conviction.
No points are added. Your driving record will remain the same.
Current safe driver status. Your safe driver status is retained.
No insurance penalty for violations, and for accidents where the insured is not at fault. Florida statute 626.9541-(0)-12. No insurer shall impose an additional premium, cancel a policy, or issue a non-renewal notice on any insurance policy or contract because of any traffic infraction when adjudication has been withheld and no points have been assessed, pursuant to s.318.14 (9) and (10).

2. TCAC Course (Traffic Collision Avoidance Course), Ordered by the Dept. of Motor Vehicle. Four hour class.

Held Wednesday and Thursday at 1:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M; both days. Saturday at 9:00 A.M. Call for other times that may be available.
This class retrains the way you think. The Dept. of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles DHSMV has required you to take this course because someone, maybe you, stepped foot into an ambulance or went to the hospital for care. If the ticket was your fault, (The officer gave you the ticket) you are required to take this course to retain your license.

3. "Leader" Program for New First Time Drivers

Held Wednesday and Thursday at 1:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M; both days. Saturday at 9:00 A.M. Call for other times that may be available.
This course has been developed to provide instruction to first time Florida drivers as authorized by Chapter 89-134, F. S. Besides the minimum standards that the state requires, our program encompasses two additional perspectives:

We teach good drivers to use sound judgment at all times behind the wheel. We find solutions to decision making problems by showing how driver’s feelings, emotions, and attitudes play a significant role in the ability to operate a motor vehicle safely.

The decision not to drink or use other drugs is one of the most important decisions that can be made by a teen or for that matter any driver.

4. Youthful Offender Program (STOP) - Judge Ordered Program for Young Drivers:

We have a 4 hour course and 8 hour course held several times per week. Call for appointment

This class retrains young drivers to respect the law and follow driving procedures. This class could be the entire program or the Judge may ask the driver to do other things in order to get the points off their record. Each case is different. This class will remind the driver that it is always about choice. The habits they bring to driving can be good or they can use improvement. Regardless it is important to learn how to conform to proper driving procedure.
